Plain Language Summary

We collect information you give us when you register, contact us, or complete an action plan assessment. We use it to deliver your program experience and communicate with you. We do not sell your data. Your action plan responses are treated with extra sensitivity and are never shared. Third-party tools like Eventbrite have their own privacy policies. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.

Section 01

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how The Worthy Standard ("we," "us," or "our"), a program of Malkant Group, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information you provide through our website at theworthystandard.com, through program registration, and through participation in our sessions and assessments.

By visiting our website, registering for a session, or completing an action plan assessment, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Questions about this policy can be directed to privacy@theworthystandard.com.

Section 02

What We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Information you provide directly

  • Name and email address when you register, contact us, or join a waitlist
  • Responses to our personalized action plan generator — including answers to questions about your relationship patterns, emotional tendencies, and behavioral goals
  • Messages you send through our contact form or via email
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Eventbrite; we do not store card details

Information collected automatically

  • Basic website analytics — pages visited, time on page, traffic source
  • Device and browser type for technical optimization
  • IP address (used for general geographic analytics only, not individual identification)
Section 03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

  • To deliver your session experience and generate your personalized action plan
  • To send confirmations, session reminders, and follow-up program information
  • To respond to your inquiries and support requests
  • To notify waitlist members when new programs or sessions open
  • To improve our program design and user experience — using aggregate, anonymized data only
  • To comply with legal obligations where required

We do not use your information for advertising targeting, profiling for third-party purposes, or any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Section 04

Action Plan Assessment Data

The personalized action plan generator is the core of our program experience. The responses you provide are personal, sensitive, and treated accordingly.

Our commitment: Action plan responses are used solely to generate your personalized output. They are not shared with third parties, not used for marketing, not analyzed in individually identifiable form, and not retained longer than necessary to deliver your program experience.

Aggregate, fully anonymized patterns from assessment data may be used to improve our framework design. No individual's responses are identifiable in this process.

If you wish to have your assessment data deleted, you may request this at any time by contacting privacy@theworthystandard.com.

Section 05

Third Parties

We work with a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate our program. We do not sell your data to any third party, and we do not share your information with advertisers.

  • Eventbrite — used for session registration and payment processing. Their privacy policy governs information collected through their platform.
  • Email service provider — used to deliver program communications and session reminders. Used only for transactional and program-related emails.
  • Website analytics — aggregate, anonymized data used to understand how our website is used and improve the experience.

We require all third-party providers to maintain appropriate data protection standards consistent with applicable law.

Section 06

Eventbrite

Session registration and payment for The Worthy Standard entry experience is processed through Eventbrite. When you register via Eventbrite, you are also subject to Eventbrite's Privacy Policy, available at eventbrite.com.

Information collected through Eventbrite — including your name, email, and payment details — is governed by their terms. We receive only the information necessary to confirm your registration and deliver your session access.

Section 07

Email Communications

By registering for a session or joining a waitlist, you consent to receive program-related emails from The Worthy Standard. These include:

  • Session confirmation and access details
  • Pre-session preparation materials
  • Post-session follow-up and action plan delivery
  • Information about the full program when relevant to your registration
  • Waitlist notifications when new programs open

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails related to a session you have paid for cannot be opted out of while your enrollment is active.

Section 08

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function correctly
  • Analytics cookies — used to understand aggregate traffic patterns and improve the website experience. No individual user is identified.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.

Section 09

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

  • Registration and contact information is retained for the duration of your program participation and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes
  • Action plan assessment responses are retained only for the duration required to deliver your personalized output and support any follow-up program access
  • Waitlist information is retained until the relevant program launches, or until you request removal
  • You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Your Rights below
Section 10
